气体灭火系统防护区划分与参数设计核心技术要点

防护区是气体灭火系统的核心保护单元,其划分合理性、参数设计精准度直接决定灭火效果,是系统设计阶段的核心重难点。大量工程验收及故障案例表明,多数气体灭火系统喷射不均、灭火失效、泄压超标问题,均源于防护区划分不规范、容积核算偏差、围护结构参数不达标。结合GB50370规范及现场工程实操经验,系统拆解防护区划分标准、核心参数计算、围护结构技术要求,为工程设计、改造验收提供标准化技术依据。

防护区划分需严格遵循封闭性、独立性原则,规范明确基础划分规则:防护区宜以单个独立封闭空间为单元,同一区间的吊顶层、地板下空间需同步保护时,可合并为一个防护区,严禁跨防火分区随意合并划分。针对不同系统类型,防护区容积、面积存在硬性限值,管网式气体灭火系统单防护区面积不宜大于800㎡,容积不宜大于3600m³;预制柜式系统防护区容积不得超过160m³,超出限值必须分区增设系统,避免灭火剂输送距离过长、浓度衰减超标导致灭火失败。同时,楼梯间、走道、敞开式隔断空间不得单独作为防护区,无法保证封闭性的区域需提前优化围护结构。

防护区核心设计参数包含容积、高度、泄压面积、耐火完整性四大关键指标,每一项均需精准核算。防护区高度方面,规范限定气体灭火系统防护区层高不宜大于6m,超高空间会导致灭火剂分层扩散、下部浓度不足,无法满足全淹没灭火要求,超高场景需增设分层导流装置或拆分防护区。容积计算需严格按照围护结构实际净尺寸核算,扣除固定大型设备占位体积,杜绝估算取值,避免灭火剂充装量不足或过量浪费。

泄压设计是极易被忽视的核心技术点,气体灭火剂快速喷射时,防护区内气压会瞬间飙升,若泄压不畅会导致门窗破损、墙体开裂,引发灭火剂泄漏、灭火失效。所有封闭防护区必须设置专用泄压口,泄压口需布置在防护区净高2/3以上位置,避开设备及人员通道。泄压面积需根据防护区容积、系统喷射流量精准计算,七氟丙烷、IG-541系统泄压参数需匹配对应介质压力特性,严禁采用普通通风口替代专用泄压装置。同时,防护区围护结构、门窗、吊顶的耐火极限与承压能力需达标,围护结构耐火极限不低于0.5h,门窗具备足够抗风压能力,防止喷射过程中结构破损。

此外,防护区安全配套设计需同步合规,每个防护区出入口必须设置声光报警装置、气体释放指示灯紧急启停按钮,内部设置应急照明与疏散指示标识。封闭防护区需设置手动排风装置,灭火结束后需强制通风换气,驱散残留灭火介质及有害分解气体。对于存在爆炸风险的防护区,需额外核算惰化浓度,确保灭火剂充装量满足防爆抑爆要求。严格把控防护区设计全流程参数,是保障气体灭火系统实现全淹没灭火、杜绝运行隐患的基础前提。
