气体灭火整套联动系统的标准化工作流程分为五大核心阶段,全程遵循规范时序逻辑运行。第一阶段为火灾预警阶段,防护区内任意一路火灾探测器(烟感探测器)检测到火情特征信号后,立即将信号传输至气体灭火控制器,控制器随即启动防护区内声光警报器,发出预警信号,提醒现场人员排查火情、紧急疏散,此阶段仅预警、不触发灭火联动,有效规避误报干扰。第二阶段为火情确认阶段,当同一防护区内第二路独立探测器(温感探测器)发出报警信号后,系统通过“与”逻辑判定为真实火情,完成火情精准确认。
第三阶段为联动准备阶段,火情确认后,气体灭火控制器立即输出联动指令,启动辅助设备联动操作,自动关闭防护区内空调、通风排烟设备、防火卷帘、防火门窗,切断非消防电源,封闭防护区域,防止灭火气体外泄,保障防护区内气体浓度达标。第四阶段为延时与喷放阶段,系统启动30秒标准延时倒计时,为现场人员预留充足疏散时间,延时期间工作人员可通过紧急停止按钮终止联动程序;延时结束后,系统根据系统类型执行喷放操作,组合分配系统先开启防护区选择阀,收到开启反馈信号后3秒内启动容器阀,单元独立系统直接开启容器阀,释放灭火气体实施灭火。第五阶段为反馈预警阶段,气体喷放后,防护区入口喷放指示灯常亮,控制器记录所有联动动作数据,并将火情、设备运行状态上传至消防控制室,完成整套联动流程。
五大核心模块的协同配合是联动系统稳定运行的关键。探测单元由烟感、温感探测器、手动报警按钮组成,负责实时监测环境火情,输出精准报警信号;控制单元以气体灭火控制器为核心,承担信号接收、逻辑判断、时序控制、指令输出核心功能,是整套系统的“大脑”;执行单元包含选择阀、容器阀、启动气瓶、灭火药剂瓶组,负责执行灭火喷放核心动作;辅助联动单元涵盖声光警报器、通风设备、防火门窗、紧急启停按钮,承担预警、防护、应急干预功能;反馈单元由压力反馈装置、状态传感器、指示灯组成,实时回传设备运行状态,实现全程可控监测。
